　　利群集团是一家跨地区、多业态、综合性的大型商业集团。多年来，利群集团在坚持以零售连锁和商业物流配送为主业的同时，积极同步发展多业态。在酒店连锁、药品物流和药店连锁、房地产开发、电子商务、文化投资、进出口贸易、跨境电商、金融、快递、矿泉水生产、信息科技、社区生鲜、便利连锁、品类集合店、食品加工业等领域也取得一定成就。 
　　As a trans-regional, multi-format, comprehensive large commercial group, Liqun Group takes the retail chain and commercial logistics distribution as its main business, while also develops different business models. In fields as hotel chain, pharmaceutical logistics and pharmacy chain, real estate development, e-commerce, cultural investment, import and export trade, cross-border e-commerce, finance, express delivery, mineral water production, information technology, community fresh, chain convenient store, category collection store, food processing industry, Liqun group has made a good achievement as well.

　　2016年1月，旗下山东瑞朗医药股份有限公司在新三板市场挂牌上市。2017年4月，旗下利群商业集团股份有限公司（利群股份）成功上市上交所主板市场，企业借力资本市场步入新的发展历程。2018年5月，利群商业集团成功收购韩国乐天旗下2家香港公司及华东区10家境内公司100％股权及72家大型商超，公司经营规模显著扩大，社会影响力进一步提升，真正实现从区域性商业集团到全国性商业集团的跨越。2018年6月，上海合作组织青岛峰会成功举办，旗下福兴祥物流公司成为峰会食品总供应商，承担峰会期间的全部食材供应任务，受到高度评价，集团社会影响力持续提升。
　　In January 2016, the subsidiary of Liqun, Shandong Ruilang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, was listed on New OTC Market. In April 2017, Liqun’s subsidiary Liqun Commercial Group Co., LTD. was successfully listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange，which made Liqun step into a new development era. In May 2018, Liqun Group successfully acquired a 100% stake in 2 Hong Kong subsidiaries and 10 companies located in East China and 72 large supermarkets of Lotte Group, which significantly expanded the company's operation scale and further enhanced its social influence, finally help to finished the transformation from a regional business group to a national business group. In June 2018, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Qingdao Summit was successfully held, by which Fuxingxiang Logistics Company, the subsidiary of     Liqun group, has owned good reputation as the general food supplier of the Summit for it’s good service performance and high quality food material during the summit.
　　2020年11月，总建筑面积约25万平方米的利群华东区供应链及现代物流总部项目投入使用；2021年11月，总投资30亿元，总建筑面积30多万平方米的利群智慧物流与供应链基地项目投入使用；2022年10月，总建筑面积10万多平方米的利群集团电子商务智慧物流项目投入使用，集团南北方物流配送格局进一步完善，构建服务青岛、辐射山东、面向全国的智能供应网络。 
　　In November 2020, with a total construction area of about 250,000 square meters, Liqun East China Supply Chain and Modern Logistics Headquarters project was put into use. In November 2021, with a total investment of 3 billion yuan and a total construction area of more than 300,000 square meters, Liqun Smart Logistics and Supply Chain Base project started to be used. In October 2022, with a total construction area of more than 100,000 square meters, Liqun E-commerce Smart Logistics project started to be used, which has further completed Liqun group’s logistics distribution pattern in north and south domestically, and an intelligent supply network serving Qingdao, covering shandong and connecting the whole country was constructed.
　

　　截至目前，利群集团拥有已开业两万平方米以上的商厦100余座,商业总面积超过300万平方米，拥有大型物流中心4处,总面积超70万平方米，拥有星级酒店10余家，福记农场及便利店80余家，利群药店60余家，形成了多元化、集团化发展格局。2022年，集团实现营业收入286.7亿元，实现利税6.11亿元，连续多年位列中国民营企业前500强、中国连锁百强企业前30强、青岛市百强企业前10强。作为一家有着90年历史的“中华老字号”企业，利群集团先后荣获“企业信用评价AAA级信用企业”、“全国商业零售百强企业”、“中国百货行业优秀企业”、“全国商业质量管理奖”、“中国商业名牌”、“山东省优秀企业”，荣获首批“中国商业信用企业”、全国首批“管理创新示范单位”、“山东省服务名牌”等众多荣誉称号。 
　　To date, Liqun Group owns more than 100 commercial buildings of more than 20,000 square meters, which total commercial area is more than 3 million square meters. Liqun Group owns 4 large logistics centers that total area exceeds 700,000 square meters, more than 10 star-level hotels, more than 80 ‘Fuji farm’ and convenience stores, and more than 60 Liqun pharmacies, built a diversified and collectivized development pattern. In 2022, the group achieved operating revenue of 28.67 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 611 million yuan, which made it ranking among the top 500 Chinese private enterprises, the top 30 Chinese chain enterprises and the top 10 Qingdao Top 100 enterprises for several consecutive years. As a “Time-honored Chinese enterprise” with a history of nearly 90 years, Liqun Group has received many honorary titles, such as “AAA Credit Enterprise of Enterprise Credit Evaluation", "Top 100 Commercial Retail Enterprises in China", "Excellent Enterprise in China Department Store Industry", "National Commercial Quality Management Award", "Chinese Commercial Famous Brand", "Excellent Enterprise in Shandong Province". Won the first batch of "China commercial Credit Enterprise", the first batch of "Management Innovation Demonstration Unit", "Shandong Province service famous brand" and so on.
